baba8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the baba8 platform ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and the user. By registering on baba8 or using the service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

baba8 is an online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, and live gaming for Bangladeshi players. The purpose of these Terms is to ensure the fair and safe use of the platform and to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to open an account and enjoy gaming services on the baba8 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a real individual and may operate only one personal account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your account must not have been previously deactivated or closed by baba8.
• You are playing with your own funds and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You will not use the platform for any fraudulent, antisocial, or illegal purpose.

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under a single identity is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If any unauthorized activity is detected on your account, contact the baba8 support team immediately. baba8 will not be liable for any losses arising from login credentials being shared with others due to your own negligence.

Identity Verification (KYC)

baba8 may request verification of a user's identity, age, and payment method at any time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. baba8 reserves the right to restrict an account if the required documents are not provided.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to the support team. baba8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on baba8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The approved payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be rejected or investigated.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

baba8 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules below apply in all cases.

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• If a bonus is cancelled or expires, the associated bonus funds will be automatically voided.
• baba8 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and the related funds forfeited.

baba8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Every game is operated under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Colluding illegally with other players or attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating baba8 staff or pretending to be management.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection, server error, or other technical reason, baba8 may refund the bet where applicable, though this is not a guaranteed commitment. Abnormal winnings resulting from an error may be voided.

baba8 has four VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers gradually based on their activity and loyalty. The benefits at each VIP tier may be changed at baba8's discretion.
